When machining non-ferrous materials, our proprietary DLC is a commonly requested coating. P51+TM provides a super-low friction, leading to lower temps and lower motor loads. It also resist adhesion, resulting in superior chip evacuation and no curling.
Our Aluminum Titanium Nitride (E17TM) offers is a coating designed with high-temperature resistance, high-hardness, and low-friction, boosting tool life. E17TM is recommended when machining steels, stainless steels, and other ferrous materials.
