A project coordinator with United Protective Technologies, LLC will be part of our project management team and apply skills to drive project performance and contribute to the project's success. As a Project Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of project execution, collaborating with diverse teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

· Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.

· Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

· Use project management tools to monitor team performance and progress.

· Provide administrative support as needed.

· Track project milestones and EVM performance.

· Participate in project status meetings and update relevant project files.

· Work under the direction of the Program Managers.

· Must wear appropriate PPE as needed and adhere to all safety standards.

Required Qualifications

· Must be a U.S. Citizen.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

· Experience working in a team environment.

· Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office software.

· Solid communication skills (both written and oral).

· Demonstrated ability to learn new skills.

· Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Desired Qualifications

· Working practical knowledge of AS9100.

· Experience using MS Project.

Experience / Education

Education: BS or higher in a Technical or Business Field with 5 years of experience.
