Responsibilities:

Job Description: UPT is seeking self-motivated, passionate Electrical Engineers looking for creative ways to solve real world problems in innovative ways.  As a Part-time Electrical Engineer, at the UPT UNCC Campus, you will have the opportunity to finally apply those skills you have honed for years in the design,development, and analysis of electrical systems.  Working in an office environment with hands-one electrical engineering work in lab or office. Working under the direction and supervision of our Management/Engineering staff. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

·         You have completed two or more years of Electrical Engineering program with proficiency

Desired Qualifications:

The icing on the cake:

·         You have experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools

·         You have experience designing and testing both AC/DC, power, and controls electronics

·         You have experience analog/digital circuit design, control systems and power conversion

·         You have experience with MIL-STD Requirements

Experience:

·         Education:  Undergraduate Student; completed two or more years of Electrical Engineering program with proficiency working towards a degree in Electrical Engineering

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
